Does this work on both iOS and Android?

Yes! Our technology is optimized for both iPhone and Android devices, ensuring a seamless experience for all your visitors regardless of their smartphone.

Is this allowed by Instagram/TikTok?

Yes. We do not violate any terms of service. We simply provide a bridge to the user's preferred browser using standard operating system features, similar to how 'Open in App' buttons work.

Can I use my own domain?

Absolutely. On our Pro plan, you can connect any domain you own (e.g., links.mybrand.com) so your users never see 'browserpop.com'.

Do you track my users?

We track anonymous click data (device type, country, referrer) to give you analytics. We do not store personal data of your visitors.

What happens if the user doesn't have a specific browser installed?

Our smart fallback logic ensures that if the primary 'pop' method doesn't trigger, the user is gracefully kept in their current browser or guided to the next best alternative. The link always works.
